Request for postpone Tamil oral test due date on 2.11.2015
I'm Dr R.M.P.K.Ekanayake (Index no D 0295)

and candidate of Department

Examination for preliminary grade Medical Officers -2015 September (Tamil oral
test). Test will be held on 2.11.2015.
I'm not be able to attend test due following reasons.
I'm medical officer of genitourinary surgical unit at PGH Badulla. Currently three
medical officers are appointed . But one medical officer on leave. One Medical
Officer cannot cover duty (operations theater, clinic). We have to maintain
uninterrupted services.
Therefore please kindly postpone date of Tamil oral test for two weeks.
