are appearing in The First World eBook Fair and each of
these libraries appears as per the wishes of the donor.
This means that as you peruse the Collections Page, you
will see that the eBooks and indices are presented in a
wide variety of manners each representing that library,
as it appears in its own unique presentation.
In addition, each of these eLibraries is responsible in
its own way for the appearance of their eBooks; we were
not allowed to make any changes without first sending a
change to them to be made at the originating libraries.
This is as it should be, as they are the creators of an
extraordinary opportunity for us, and for you, but if a
correction is needed, or if you have suggestions for an
upgrade to any of these eBooks, we will be only to glad
to pass them on to the originating eLibraries.
We have pulled out a handful of books for the immediate
access by the visitor as a sample of each collection to
facilitate your introduction to each collection, but it
is through the Search Engine we have provided that your
access to all the books in all the collections is made.
Just type in authors and/or titles into the window, and
you will get a list of all matching books.
For example: "Mark Twain" would get you books by Twain
and about Twain, the pseudonym of Samuel Clemens.
We appreciate both the donors of these books, and those

Project Madurai Library Collection

The project has managed to release more than 200 important Tamil texts so far without any funding from any
agency, government or private. Project Madurai is a collection of ancient Tamil texts, out of print books, and
contemporary authors. Government of Tamil Nadu brought the works of around 25 20th Century authors into the
public domain including Bharathiyar, Bharathidasan, Kalki, Pattukottai Kalyanasundaram and others. And there were
writers like Jeyakanthan and Vairamuthu who voluntarily gave permission to the project to convert some of their
works into e-texts. Today, the project covers even the works of expatriate Tamil authors from places like Malaysia,
