CONS-RSI is still high based on chart it would be better to wait to buy in, unless it
takes off which OTC can do
-We have noticed some MM on the BID and ASK heavly manipulating the
stock. We have the 8k that says no debt but we still see some action from the
MM which could be many things- dilution, acquisition.... who knows could just
be MM doing their bullshit.
Great post from RSTOCK85
"Most OTC i've looked at this past week have been diluting, cheap shares can
be gained and held for post dilution sale or sold on the inherent volatility with
dilution. Common diluters are VNDM, CFGN, VFIN, BMAK, and others. They
can be spotted on level 2 as they will usually show a bid/ask of 10k or any
other amount of shares but they will sell or absorb hundreds of thousands of
shares. The diluter wants to sell as high as he can without to much effort.
Some dilution i've seen they play both sides, it is nice when they do this
because they will inflate the price by buying sold shares. When they start
getting alot of shares dumped on them they will drop their bid allowing the
price to fall. They may lower their ask or allow the stock to rebound.
obviously we prefer the rebound approach. If you are what i consider long
(week or more of holding b4 sell) then dilution without regard for price drop is
what you want to find. I was playing POTN Monday with my 3 day trades from
.004 to .0049 (about 22%) dilution was occurring at .005. i have been
watching BIEI fall from over .023 to .01 this week because they are lazy
diluters and just sell however many shares it takes to get the specified $'s.
HCTI is being diluted with little regard for price as well. added 10/20 dilution
is shown by trades after hours on otc, it is not normally known how much the
company will dilute but these trades can be seen by allowing after hours
trading to be shown, and make sure your time increment is set to 1hr or less
so you cut off at 4pm. you can multiply the volume by the price (generally
only given as a single average) to see how much dilution has occured. This
also serves as a way to verify that what you thought was dilution really was
since otc dont trade AH."
-OTC stocks are crazy. Anything can happen so it could tank tmw and we all
get fucked. That is the risk we take for 100%+ gains daily. (work your way to
playing with profits by keeping a core position and fliping a small position)
