PMCC PUNCH LIST

1.All Incomer Feeder Under voltage relay put in service.
2.DT 1- ,DT-2&DT-3 transformers permanent wheel stopper to be

3.All damaged door to be corrected in PMCC panel.
4.Suitable size washer to be provided in outgoing and incoming for PMCC,
BTG, EMCC, VFD and DG Panel.
5.All breaker panel TNC switch put in service.
6.In BTG MCC loop seal blower motor feeders ammeters reading showing
erratic value.
7.In BTG MCC 6F3,8F2 feeder IMCC relay faulty, its to be replaced.
8.In VFD panel TOP duct and Exhaust fan provision to be provided.
9.All lighting DB failure RCCB&MCB ,lighting to be replaced.
10.Abnormal sound coming from ACC incoming cable in PMCC.
11.In ID FAN 1& 2 local control panel RPM Meter shows wrong its to be

12.DT-2 bus duct is very hot during above 2000A load, its to be checked.

5.Switch yard lighting pole height to be reduced and 3 nos poles to be
re- erected.
6.Lease line (land line) to be provided in switch yard control panel.

8.GT-1 bay B-phase CT OIL LEAK,PT oil level low its to be checked by
service engineer.
9.Line-1 Breaker Synchronizing trial to be taken.
10.Bus-coupler breaker put in service for line, GT & SPT breaker.
11.89T isolator states to be added for bus-coupler breaker for generator
parallel mode feedback.
