Dear Sir,
We thank you for your valued enquiry as referred above for the subject job works. As desired, we are pleased
to submit our revised offer for erection of HVAC ducts as per your requirements for this project. Our offer is
detailed as under:JOB/MATERIAL SPECIFICATION :Insulation and Erection of fabricated HVAC ducts as per project requirements.
OUR SCOPE OF WORK :1. We shall carryout the job as per above specification.
2. We shall provide all the equipments, trained technicians, supervisors, etc. required to carryout the job as
per the above specifications.
3. We shall follow all the necessary QA/QC and safety procedures at site and shall comply with the
standard application procedures.
DRAKE & SCULLs OBLIGATIONS :1. Provision of all materials, including fabricated ducts & shop drawings.
2. Provision of potable water in proper storage tanks, 3-phase electricity, material storage, material and
equipment handling facility free of cost at site.
3. Provision of site access, gate passes, permission to work at night shift if required, etc. to our personnel.
4. Provision of all the necessary erected scaffolding/manlift etc.
PRICE :Our unit price for insulation & erection of HVAC duct is OMR 9.300 per square meter.
PRICE VARIATION:1) The above unit price is for the total 14,000 sq.m and under the assumption of continuous hindrance free
work front.
2) All areas shall be measured / re-measured after erection.

TERMS OF PAYMENT :15% advance payment to be released upon receipt of work order.
The remaining to be released against monthly progressive invoices within 30 days of receipt.
VALIDITY :Our offer is valid for 4 weeks from the date hereof.
COMMENCEMENT:Commencement schedule of our scope of works shall be mutually discussed and agreed upon.
JOB/CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE :It is mandatory to receive our official job acceptance for any contractual obligations.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE :Standard Force Majeure Clause prevailing in Oman governs our offer.
INSURANCE :Our Employees are covered under Oman Workmen compensation policy however our quotation for the
subject job is based under the presumption that you have already effected the necessary / exclusive
Insurance coverage to the Machines / Equipment / Structures, etc., for the damage that might occur during
the course of our job execution.
