Learning Objective:
Students will be able to demonstrate the basic different body shapes namely: Stretch, Curl, Tuck and
Twist.
Differentiated Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the lesson 95% of the students can sing the song Do a little motion as they also
make any action while singing it.
By the end of the lesson 75% of the students can demonstrate the 4 basic body shapes.
By the end of the lesson 50% of the students can lead their group the 4 basic body shapes, while
singing the song Do a Little Motion.

Introduction:
Start the class with a song; teach to them the short song Do a little Motion. Then lead them to do any
Body Movements good for exercises and also the basic body shapes while doing it, the students will
follow you as theyre sing the chorus Follow, Follow Me.
1. After singing and exercising activity will be interactive short discussion (with group
points in every correct answer) about how and why do we need to take good care of our
body.
2. Demonstration of the basic body shapes. Ask them to memorize all the 4 body shapes.
3. Group presentation of the Do a little Motion; as they sing it they will also perform the
basic body shapes.
Plenary:
Demonstration will be done by each group on how to do the 4 basic body shapes.
Homework:
Memorize and practice the Fruit and Vegetables for the Presentation.

Assessment: How will the students learning outcomes are assessed in this lesson?
