Line up valves and pumps (under MOP jurisdiction) in relation to all transfers. (Preparation
of products, transfers to BDCs such as Cirrus, GBS, SAHARA OIL, etc.)

Assist senior process technicians on operations within the unit.(i.e. Changeover of pumps
and tanks)

Assist in draining all products(semi and finished) of water before being used for further
preparation and for market

Assist in blending of products to the right concentration and dosages of chemicals such as
red dye for super, blue dye for premix fuel and Methyl Manganese Trioxocarbonyl(MMT)
for octane number boosting

Check, calculate and record level of products in storage and suction using tank factor and
tank calibration charts

Routine checks and logging of all pumps, filters, etc. to ensure efficient running of
equipment

Give feedback to supervisors on jobs assigned and quality of petroleum products produced.
