(Manager is waiting for Ms. J to come in, then someone knocks at the door).
HR: (Knocking at the door)
Manager: Come in.
Ms. J: Goodmorning Mr. M.
Mngr.: goodmorning. Take you seat .
Ms. J: thankyou
Mngr.: I need your help regarding for additional employees for my company. Our company is in need of additional employees for this
holiday season due to lot of works. Somoene told me that your company is specialize in recruiting employees.
Ms. J: that`s right Sir. Our company, Versique search consultant is specialize in recruiting high performers/employees in the business
industry. Our company can also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career
opportunities.
Mngr.: That`s a good thing. Can you please help me to find new employees for my company?
Ms. J: Sure thing Sir. We will start processing this, today and we will call you for any updates. Rest assured that within this week we
will sent some employees for your company.

Manager: Hello, is this Ms. M?
Ms. M: Yes. Who is this? How may I help you?
Manager: You and I have a mutual friend who works in JP Morgan Chase & Co. He gave some details about you and told me to give
you a call. Can you spend a few minutes ?
Ms. M: Sure thing.
Manager: i work for Versique search consultant company. We specialize in recruiting high performers/employees in the business
industry. One of our biggest clients has engaged us in a search for new employees and i think your bakcground suits what i`m
searching for.
Ms. M: thankyou for a call. that`s great. I`m looking forward for a new work. I`ll already sent my requirements and apply in diffrent
companies but no one calls for an interview. Go ahead ma`am.
Manager: Can you give me an overview of your background, like what is your last job, how long youve been in the business industry,
been with your company, what sort of projects youve worked on, what qualities did you possess, what is your expertise, so on and so
forth?
Ms. M.: My name is _____________________.I graduated in _____________ with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in business
administration major in marketing management. I am quick learner, can work under time pressure. I have knowlegde in different
microsoft offices, like MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel. I also have good communication skills. After I finished my degree, i worked
on Meriden Business Corporation as Assistant Secretary. This is my first job. After 2 years, I was promoted as secretary general. I left
this job because they assigned me to another province which is so hard for me. It will took 4 hours everyday to go in this work, so I
decided to resign and try for a new one. I also worked for 1 and half years in Malayan Insurance as Assistant Manager, and that is for
contractual. In this work, I develop myself as a good employee, can handle more pressures due to deadlines and communicate well to
my sub-employees.

One of our biggest clients has engaged us in a search for new employees and i think your bakcground suits what i`m searching for.

them.

administration major in marketing management and took masters in business administration right after i finished my degree. I prefer to
speak in English and i have a good communication skills, i also have a good time management when it comes to my family and work.
I am also willing to assign in diffrent places or branches which i think is what several companies looking for . i work at Proctor and
Gamble Assistant Manager for Purchasing Department for 2 years, and it is for contractual. The company offers me to be a regular
employee but, to try for a new work and new experience, i did not accept the offer. Instead i apply at MGC Corporation as a staff. Due
to several problems that the company encountered, they decided to lessen thier employees and unfortunately , I am one of them. Now,
i`m looking forward for a new job and hoping that your company will hire me, any position will do as long as it suits my skills and
abilitites.
