SIX KINDS OF DECISION MAKING:

Trivial decision making:

park?, what music will we
listen to as we drive, most of
these decisions dont matter,
dont waste time thinking
about them.

Collective decision

make with out thinking e.g

dont have time to think, they
need to act quickly, based on
training and intuition.
