5.LearnAllAbouttheNewNotesAppinMIUI6(byBughinirari)
1)Inordertokeepitsimplisticandminimalistic,thesearchbarishiddenby
default,onlyaccessiblewhenusersslidetheirfingerdownwards.Throughthe
searchbar,usershavequickandeasyaccesstopreviousnotesandtheir
contents.

2)InMIUIV5,weneedtoswipeourfingersacrossanysentencestocrossitout.
Thiscanbetroublesome,especiallywhenthesentenceisratherlong.InV6,
checkboxescanbeadded.Asimpletapiswhat'sneededtomarkataskas
"Done".

3)Fancyadifferentcolourforyournote?Youcandoitbyaccessingthethreedot
menuinthetoprightconner.Youcanchoosebetweenfivecolours,whichisthe
defaultgrey,yellow,blue,greenandred.Youcanpickanycolouraccordingto
yourcurrentmoodandyourliking.

6.HowtoUsePasswordtoProtectIndividualApps(byIyengar)
GotothePhoneSettings>>Securityandtaponthe"PrivacyProtection".Note:If
youhaveselected"MakePasswordsVisible"toggletoon,personsittingnextto
youperhapscanseethepatternyouusetooperate.

Onceyouintheprivacyprotectionpage,clickonthe"Permission"toggleandit

willpromptyoutosetthe"patternlock"tolocktheapps.

Oncetheunlockpatternisconfirmed,gobacktothePrivacyProtectionpageand
taponthe"Lockapps"optionandselecttheappswhichyouwanttolock.

byslidingitleftorslidingalittletoleftandthentotheright.

15.Howtoconnecttoawifievenifyoudon'tknowthepassword?Provided
thatsomeotherdeviceisalreadyconnectedtoit.
Gotothewifisettingofconnecteddeviceandclickonthelittlearrowontheleft
side.

Clickingthisarrowwilltakeyoutothefollowingmenu.

NowclickonshareWLANNetwork.whichwiltakeyouanotherwindow.Scam
theQRcodewithyouranotherdevice.Afterauthencating,yourwifiwillconnect
