Equipment Needed:

16 poly spots, 24 cones, 10 basketballs, 10 hula hoops

Students will be
playing sharks
and minnows.
The shark will
be picked by
the teacher and
line up opposite
of the sharks
inside the four
cone square.
When the
teacher says
go the minnows
will try and run
past the shark
without being
tagged. The
last minnow
standing
becomes the
shark next.
(Transition):
Walk to the
water fountain
and return to
their poly spot
waiting for
further
instructions.

Minutes Students will

now practice
shooting with a
hoop. Students
will be
separated by
boys and girls
and each given
their own
separate hoop
(the shorter
ones). There
will be a
passing line
which will pass
the ball, and a
shooting line
which catches
the pass and
shoots the ball.
Students switch
lines after each
play.
