The pricing is purely based on the BOQ provided by you and any increase / change in the quantity at a later stage shall be considered as variation and shall be charged on pro rata basis.

Fireproofing of Purlins are not considered in our scope of works.

In the event of any change in the drawings/specification/design, separate prices will be applicable.
The priming and painting of the steel members are not considered in our scope of works.
The compatibility of the primer used should be confirmed before priming of steel.
Any Touchup / Repair Works required to be done shall be carried out at separate additional cost.
If there is any Flute filling required to be done shall be carried out at separate additional cost.
All sections considered as part of beams and all are treated as 4 sided.
The details provided above are all for Intumescent coating .
All the plates connected to beams and columns shall be measured and paid accordingly.

Provision of masking of surrounding areas to prevent them from over spray & required, erected and safe scaffolding shall be in Main contractors scope.

The sections which are not sound enough for desired (2 hours) fire rating are considered for maximum possible fire ratings.
