Dear Sir,
With reference to your above referred mail for the subject job works as desired, we are pleased to submit our
budgetary offer for fireproofing works using CAFCO Fendolite MII System or equivalent for this project. Our
offer is detailed as under:JOB SPECIFICATION :1. Check the existing surface.
2. Supply and apply fireproofing material onto steel structures. Fire proofing materials thickness shall be
34mm for steel structures. The steel sections up to and including 203mmX203mm shall be protected by
solid fill method and others shall be profile.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK:1. We shall carryout the job as per above specification.
2. Provision of all Fireproofing materials, accessories, etc. required to carryout the job.
3. We shall provide all the equipments, trained technicians, supervisors, etc. required to carryout the job as
per the above specifications.

4. We shall follow all the necessary QA/QC and safety procedures at site and shall comply with the
standard application procedures.
Douglas OHIs Scope :1. Touch ups paints for welding (CAFCO Helical CD Weld Pin) areas.
2. Provision of potable water in proper storage tanks, 3-phase electricity, material storage, equipment
handling facilities, disposal of wastage etc.
3. Provision of free accommodation, food, local transport and other facilities at site.
4. Provision of erected scaffolding at free of cost.
5. Provision of site office space with all preliminary facilities and car park facilities.
6. Any touch-up / repair of fireproofing works damaged due to other trade activity.
7. Any approvals required from the local authorities like Civil Defence to be arranged and provided by the
main contractor at no extra cost to M/s. Swiss Intl LLC.
8. Any Third party Inspection to be arranged and provided by M/s Douglas OHI at no extra cost to M/s.
Swiss.
PRICE :Our offer to carry out fireproofing as mentioned above shall be as per the attached

OTHERS CONDITIONS:1) The prices given in the above mentioned annexure I are for the said quantities based on the bill of
quantity provided by you and under assumption of continuous hindrance free work front.
2) All areas shall be measured / re-measure after application.
3) Solid filling of structures is not considered since size of structures is unknown.
4) Any tax or duty is not considered in the above price.
TERMS OF PAYMENT :To be discussed and mutually agreed.

VALIDITY :Our offer is valid for 60 days from the date hereof.
COMMENCEMENT:To be mutually discussed and agreed upon after signing of contract.
JOB/CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE :It is mandatory to receive our official job acceptance for any contractual obligations.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE :Standard Force Majeure Clause prevailing in Oman governs our offer.
INSURANCE :Our Employees are covered under Oman Workmen compensation policy however our quotation for the
subject job is based under the presumption that you have already effected the necessary / exclusive
Insurance coverage to the Machines / Equipment / Structures, etc., for the damage that might occur during
the course of our job execution.
