High productivity starts with rapid first
output speeds and continues with
dazzling performance. You can print or
copy colour documents at speeds from
24, 28 and up to 35 pages per minute,
paired with black & white document
speeds of 28, 35 and 45 pages per
minute respectively.
For the most challenging deadlines, you
can increase capacity instantly by
clustering several devices. This allows
large print jobs to be split with each
device completing a number of sets. It
boosts productivity whether you are doing
single page memos or printing reports
from host systems.
Use clustering with the advanced
document handling options and your
documents, including saddle stitched
booklets, can be finished in a single pass
and ready for distribution on time.

Uncompromising security
and control
Windows Authentication verifies the
access entitlement of individuals who
log onto the device using their normal
network username and password which
makes it easy to remember and easy
to administer.

Once you have your ideas on paper, you
can easily share them over any distance
thanks to the scan-to-email, scan-tofolder and optional advanced fax
capabilities offered by the Lanier
LD328c, LD335c and LD345c
multifunctional devices.

With Active Directory you can easily

assign individuals to groups with common
user rights such that only individuals in
specified groups can access the colour
print or copy features.

Black & white or colour documents are

easily scanned in pdf, jpeg or tiff file
formats, so you can email them directly
from the device.

Document accounting tools can be used

to report copy and print volumes by user,
create "client charge back" schemes and
provide "secure" and "follow me"
printing capabilities.
Where rigorous security is required, an
optional data over-write feature is
available. This removes any latent, digital
image of your document from the hard
disk drive that may remain after
document output.

Lightweight Directory Access Protocol

(LDAP) links it to your mail server address
database, allowing secure access to email
addresses plus a further 2000 addresses
can be stored on the device itself.
Otherwise, you can send documents for
storage with the scan-to-folder feature so
you get all the advantages of electronic
storage, with easy retrieval and
distribution on demand.
