Inventious Construction Sdn Bhd (ICSB) have set objectives and targets to attain and
preserve the rules of the company through the improvement of the system of risk
management such as identify, analyze, monitor and control workplace risks and
hazards.
At Inventious Construction Sdn Bhd, no phase of the operation is considered more
important than accident prevention. It is our policy to offer and maintain safe working
conditions and to follow operating practices that will safeguard our employees. No task
or activity will be considered properly completed unless it is performed in a safe
manner. The policy is implied at all work places.
As precaution and reduction for risks and hazards, we controlled a few aspects such as
engineering control, administrative and work practice control and personal protection.
For engineering control, we imply the suitable physical change in workplace in order to
reduce the hazards on the task. This control is the worthiest and possible. Next, for
administrative or work place control is about providing efficient processes and
procedures. This control might be appropriate in certain cases when engineering control
are not allowed to or cannot be implemented. As the employer, we concerned about
personal protection of our employees, thus we required the personal protection
equipment (PPE) on each employee. If the PPE is incomplete, the employee is strictly
prohibited from workplace.
Whenever any kind of accidents happened which caused any person either died or
injured, those accidents must be recorded and reported to Department of Occupational
Safety and Health Office.
