Road, Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan,
whose signature specimen appears
hereunder, be named, constituted,
and appointed as the Attorney-infact of the Corporation to further
the cause herein described, to do
and to cause to be done any and all
necessary and inevitable acts to
accomplish

undertaking,
hereby ratifying and confirming all
that said Attorney-in-fact shall do or
