1. CONCERNS
a

Manufacturing ITP for Transformer includng FAT and SAT procedure for the same

Required documents for equipments that arrived (drop arm barrier,pressure washer and submersible pump) for receiving inspection

Commissioning and preservation plan documents

Receiving inspection procedure. BAUER permanent Materials/equipment shall be endorsed to QA/QC personnel for internal inspection.

Lifting plan procedure and erection of structural steel method statement preparation.

2.

KEY EVENTS

a.

Material Receiving inspection for Split type AC units have been raised

Backfilling and compaction for weighbridge, vehicle wash bay and drop arm barrier have been inspected and approved by client.

Form work and reinforcement rebar installations for valve pits VP-1 and VP-2 have been inspected and approved by client.

2.1 Ongoing works:

a

Backfilling of clean washed sand and compaction of the same is ongoing for cess tank installations.

Excavation of cable trench for light poles on the southwest portion of the facility.

c.

Sealing of roof at the admin building.

preparation of AC foundation formworks.
