Full screen view to view the list of the vehicle status in the selected fleet

History
View the entire trip of the vehicle for the specified duration on the map with current
position
Provides the information of point that is plotted in the map when the cursor is placed over
it.
Different icons will be shown in Map to indicate different status of vehicle
Commands can be sent from History screen
Specific messages can be filtered easily using textbox preference search
Customize the poly line style for plotting, add a custom landmark
Lists various trip information like physical location, date and time, speed, message
details, direction of travel in the grid along with the commands sent to the vehicle & its
related details
Provides additional information like sensor status, geo location, odometer reading etc.
Option to export the listed data to PDF, Excel, Word and CSV
Provides the list of alerts generated.
Provides an option to acknowledge or close the selected alerts. Bulk acknowledgement /
Alerts
close of alarms is possible
Search for the alerts generated based on the fleet, vehicle, severity, status, duration and
the user who have acknowledged and/or closed the alert.
The list of alerts has the details like Status of Alert (Pending / Acknowledged / Closed),
Vehicle Name, Date / time, Severity, Details, Physical location and Acknowledgement or
Closed with related user details
Option to export the listed data to PDF, Excel, Word and CSV
Landmarks
Create and manage custom landmarks by Street Address or by Geo location
The landmarks can be categorized based on the users requirement.
When the vehicle reaches a particular landmark instead of the street address or physical
location the landmark will be displayed in the vehicle trip history
Set list of users to whom the notification related to the landmark has to be given
Trigger notifications to relevant users on events like the ignition is on / off at the landmark
Geozones
Create and manage rectangular or polygon geozone using this module
Draw the geozone based on the requirement in the map provide in this module
Geozones can be categorized based on the user requirement
The user can set the below options:

Trip Summary Provides the summarized information of each trip such as

date and time, address of the start and end of the trip, duration, distance
traveled, stop time and idling time.
Trip Details Provides the details of each and every trip with the message
details. It also provides a summary of the trip history at the end of each trip.
Alarms Gives various alerts generated, its status along with respective
summary.

Violations Provides the user the details of the violations that have been
generated with details of the violation and summary.
Geozone Activities The user can get the detailed report of the geozone
activities of the vehicles
Idling Provides the information about the number of trips by the vehicle,
ignition on, idling duration and percentage of idling.
Landmark Activity - Provides the details of vehicles trips between the

selected landmarks with details on distance traveled, idling time, the
maximum speed and different landmarks visited in between the trip.
Vehicle Utilization
Fleet Utilization Summary provides a snapshot of how the vehicles of the

organization have been effectively utilized during the specified period, helping
in quick decision-making on restructuring the fleets.
Weekly Fleet Utilization Report - Shows how the fleet vehicles have been
utilized, with the details like Utilization Details, Distance Traveled Details,
Running Duration Details and Trip Details.
Fleet Idling Summary - provides details like number of idling instances in the
selected duration, total idling time in the selected duration, the maximum and
the average idling time, percentage of idling, total time the vehicle was
actually running, number of trips and the distance covered by the vehicle
Others
Temperature - Temperature report displays information on the different
stages of Temperature level within selected duration.

The reports provide a summary of the data and graphical charts will be

Allows users to identify the vehicle locations on the move.
Dashboard, Monitor, History and Alarms modules are available on the app.
View Dashboard data both in charts and in data grid with different time filters
View the current location of vehicles and historical locations as well
Access data in pre-defined time frames or for a whole day.
Ability to export the contents of the grid.
Options to share the exported content via mail and Bluetooth.
Option to receive notifications on the upgrades done to the app and web portal.
Available in both Android and iOS platforms.
Preferences
Allows the logged in user to manage his / her preferences such as:

Time zone Based on the selected time zone, the date and time will be displayed in
the entire application for the particular user and also to send the notifications
Distance Units Select the unit (Kms / Miles) the distance and speed will be
displayed in the application.
Default fleet Specifies the default fleet which will be loaded, wherever applicable
when the user navigates throughout the application.
Screen refresh frequency The duration set will be used in the Monitor page in
order to perform automatic refresh and update of the vehicle information.

* Trinetra Software monthly costs include Trinetra software license usage charges, hosting costs,
digital maps licensing fees, data security, client support and maintenance costs. SIM activation,
GPRS data services are included only if mentioned in our above costing table. Pricing per month
may change if GPRS or SMS charges are changed by the respective operator. SMS gateway charges
will be charged on monthly basis based on your usage and its not included in above costing table.
* Minimum Contract duration for Trinetra Software usage license is 12 months. The contract will be
automatically renewed for another year, unless otherwise there is a written termination one month
before the contract expires.
Special Discount Pricing on the monthly software usage charges, based on Contract Duration:
1 year contract: nil discount (this is minimum contract duration)
2 year contract: 2%
3 year contract: 4%
Payment Terms:
For Hardware: 100% in advance
For Software monthly charges: Payable every year in advance. (For fleet sizes > 25 nos. the
payments are quarterly in advance).
Terms and Conditions:
Validity: This proposal is valid for 30 days for the date of the proposal
Taxes, Duties & Levies: All taxes, duties & levies are extra / additional as applicable
(example: Excise Duty / Sales Tax / Service Tax)
Product Delivery: Hardware normally takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery after receipt of signed
order form with advance payment. Software license activation and login details within 1 week.
Hardware Shipment: Hardware price quoted above is basic price F.O.R / F.O.B Coimbatore,
India. The shipment costs for delivery would be borne by the client, including its insurance

Hardware Installation: Installation would be charged extra for nominal onsite charges of our
local office or system integrator or to be taken care by client as per installation manual.
Hardware Warranty: One year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects. This does not
cover any damages or defects due to improper usage, wear & tear, theft, fire or water. Client
would have to ship the device to our office at their cost and after passing our technical
evaluation, the replacement hardware will be shipped to the client on to-pay basis.
Hardware AMC: AMC is 25% on hardware cost for one year from the date of shipment and to
be paid from the start of 2nd year onwards. This does not cover any damages or defects due
to improper usage, wear & tear, theft, fire or water. Client would have to ship the device to our
office at their cost and after passing our technical evaluation, the replacement hardware will
be shipped to the client on to-pay basis.
Digital Maps: As its a third party service, accuracy of map data is outside our purview
SMS Alerts: The costs and limitation per month are dependant on the local mobile operator
and would vary from country to country and from one mobile operator to another operator.
Device reporting frequency will be 5 min or greater. If the reporting frequency is to be reduced
lesser than 5 min, there will be increase in the Trinetra software license usage costing.
Concurrent users: Maximum number of concurrent users is 20. If additional concurrent users
are required there will be an increase in the Trinetra software license usage costing
Training for Trinetra Software:
A remote web-based training and setup assistance will be provided as part of the scope
A detailed user manual will also be provided
One-time onsite training can be provided if we have a local office, else it would be charged
Scope of Trinetra Software Support during the contract duration:
Remote Helpdesk for technical support or product clarifications via email and telephone is
provided in addition to online product support forum and self-service FAQs
Any bugs or errors accepted will be fixed free of cost
Upgrades or patches to existing features of our application will be given free of cost
Onsite Support is not included and would be charged extra
New modules or additional features are not included and are charged extra
