Keep other team members well-versed and up to date to any project related information. Aim for what is best for the project as a whole. Participation: We will: Always be open and direct during all project meetings and/or activities. Give everyone the chance to take part and contribute their viewpoint. Be open to new approaches and consider new ideas. Communication: We will: Ensure that we keep the lines of communication open despite of the conflicts on our schedule. We will use Facebook, Skype and other instant messaging app to easily and effectively communicate with the team. Let the team leader facilitate all meetings, make phone and video conferences arrangement as needed and contact the client for queries and keep them updated about the projects progress. Ensure that meetings and discussions are on the right track and schedule. Problem Solving: We will: Encourage everyone to participate and share thoughts and ideas to effectively solve a problem. Constructive criticism must be put into practice, avoid placing blame when things go wrong and just focus on how the problems can be solved. Meeting Guidelines: We will: Team meetings will be held every Monday of each week. All meetings (team, project supervisor or client meeting) will be arranged and facilitated by the team leader. Meetings can be rearranged if necessary.
