Procedure:

1.

Disperse Carbopol * ETD 2050 Polymer in deionized water. Mix

until polymer is dispersed.

2.

Add Glucam* E-20 Methyl Glucoside Derivative to the

Carbopol * ETD 2050 Polymer dispersion.

3.

Prepare the oil phase (PART A) without the Dow Corning 245
Fluid.

4.

Heat the oil and water phase each to 70C.

5.

When the oil phase is heated to 70C add the Dow Corning 245
Fluid.

6.

Add the water phase (PART B) to the oil phase (PART A) while

mixing with an Ultra Turrax *** (6000 rpm for 30 seconds).

7.

Neutralize with AMP-95 .

8.

At ~60C add the Dow Corning 1503 Fluid and homogenize with an

Ultra Turrax (6000 rpm for 30 seconds).

9.

Cool while stirring to room temperature.

10. Add the other ingredients of PARTS D and E and homogenize.

11. Readjust pH to 6.5 7.0 with AMP-95 .
