Creating a Folder
Step 1: Create a new folder to where you want to save the daily/weekly/monthly
data that is downloaded from ETADirect.
Obtaining Data:
Step 1: Obtain monthly data via ETADirect by clicking on the name of the field
manager which is found at the left hand side of the page and click
and
then Export. After this has been done, save it on the folder that you just have
created.
*Note*
It is recommended that data be exported at the end of each working day instead
of at the end of each month for brevity.

Step 7: It is important when saving the report to use the Save as function and
name the file something relevant e.g. May Job Report 2016. If the regular Save
function is used, the Job Merger File will be overwritten with the new data, and
a clean file will need to be redownloaded.

Other Notes:
- When a report has been formulated, the files used should
either be moved to a new folder with a relevant name, or rename the
folder they are in and create a new one which fits the directory specified in
the macro. If new and old jobs are in the same folder, the macro will
combine them regardless.
- You can enable the Developer tab to have faster access to
macros. Right-click on the ribbon at the top of Excel and click Customize
the Ribbon. Check the Developer tab and OK. The Developer tab
gives access to macros instantly on the left-hand side.
