Chelsea Duff has been working at Sackville Street throughout this year as a temporary and casual teacher. During this
time she has shown diligence in delivering quality learning activities for our students K-6. Chelsea is a dedicated staff
member who participates in all professional learning and has a willingness to continue building her capacity as an
educator.
Chelseas preparation of lesson planning is thorough and she always seeks opportunities to be innovative in practice.
She has been a valued staff member and has built collegial groups to support her practice. Chelsea is very flexible
with her role within the school as she is often is called upon with little or no notice to take another class.
Chelseas manner with all school community members is highly regarded. Whilst softly spoken, she has a positive
way of working to improve student outcomes at all levels. During Term 3 of 2016, Chelsea was replacing a staff
member who was on maternity leave. She is currently averaging two to three days as a first call casual at our school.
