3. Project Description
There will be separate English classes in every school for secondary education learners. These
classes will be used to do especially speaking - listening activities and watch films and videos.
Each class will be full of English materials. There will be sofas instead of tables and chairs,
carpet on the floor, panels on the walls, and all the technological devices that are needed such as;
projector, speakers and a computer. These classes will be designed by specialists. If the project is
applied successfully, a student will see English lessons as an entertainment. Besides, the teacher
will be open to obtain close, positive and supportive relationships with her/ his students which
will provide a long-lasting conclusion for students both academic and social lives. With the help
of this project, we will avoid the prejudice of students towards English. As the class will be full
of English materials, students will feel obliged to learn the language as fast as possible because
they will see it as a necessity, not as an extra.

PROJECT CHARTER
General Information
Project overview: The aim of the project is to provide students with an environment
full of positivism in their English language learning process. It will help the students
learn the language practically instead of theoretically. It will make it easier for
students to learn as well as for teachers to teach. It will make English language be
perceived as a necessity instead of luxury.
Project objectives:
Increase the secondary school students knowledge of English course 40%
Increase the participation of the students to the English course 60%
Decrease the burden of the secondary school English teachers 40%
Requirements:
Announcement to the school directors, the ministry of education and everyone
involved in it.
Materials, tools and equipment that are needed should be provided;
-10 computers
-300 beanbags
-10 carpets
-50 posters and pictures provided by designers
-100 panels
-10 chalkboards
-10 projectors
-10 cupboards
-300 tables that are specially designed for the class
- 1 classroom in each school.
Business Justification:
It has always been difficult for teachers to maintain both interesting and positive classroom
atmosphere in the class. In fact, as the time and circumstances are changing traditional
methods of teaching are not effective anymore. To increase the motivation of each individual,
separate creative English classes are needed. Every student must be provided with an
environment that makes it a necessity for him/her to perceive the language, in order for
maximum learning to take place. Those English classes will bless learners with the easiest and
the fastest access to learning English.

Visits by external experts to the classrooms is essential while assuring the quality of the
procedure. The expert who examines the procedure should provide a written response
which includes all the data and a timeline in respect of the data. The reports that are
showing progress updates should be written in an accurate manner.
The visitor expert should follow these steps ;
1) Comparing old exams of students to the new ones.
2) Spreading a questionnaire to get the opinions of students and teachers
3) Examining cooperativity and participation of the students in the class
4) Comparing the speed of the learning procedure of the students with the students
who are in a classes that were arranged typically.
