The present project work Recruitment and Selection Process of ICICI


Lombard General Insurance Ltd. Carried out on ICICI LOMBARD
GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED deals with the
recruitment and Selection Process. The recruitment and selection procedure
of the ICICI Lambard General insurance determines the level job, which
reflects some of the unique ways for recruiting the candidates to fill up
various vacancies Lombard General insurance is to achieve overall
organisational goal not only by way of fulfilling the targeted topline but also
employee satisfaction towards various position of job to the maximum level.
The police asserts the objectives of the recruitment and provides a framework
of implementation of their recruitment programme in the from of procedures.
From the analysis of recruitment and selection procedure it is clear that for
recruiting employees CICI Lombard General insurance mainly conduct
written examination followed by interview.

The recruitment and selection procedure of the ICICI Lombard


General insurance determines the level of achieving organizationa
goals in the lone run. As per deflinition it is stated that which is all
about selecting right job at the right time at best possible position.
Although it sounds quite simpe but it is also not an easier job to
evaluate a person with his ablity and skill that may satisfy the core
competency for the job so that his degree of willingness to pursus a
job becomes positive. From job seekers prospective it is the core
competencies which matter much for a job. So it is the effective
recruitment and selection procedure which determines not only the
right candidature for a job but also a lone-term accomplishment of
organizational goals.

In my reseacech as I go futher I come to know the different techniques


adopted by the Lombard General insurance towards this effect. I have
