About the
author

Dipchand Bahall has over 20 years experience teaching Advanced Level

Mathematics at Presentation College, Chaguanas, and St Josephs Convent, St
Joseph, in Trinidad and Tobago, and at Cayman Prep and High School. He holds a
Masters Degree in Statistics, a Diploma in Education (Teaching of Mathematics) and
a BSc in Mathematics. Dipchand is presently a Senior Instructor at The University of
Trinidad and Tobago, Point Lisas Campus.

- This is basically the same book as above - the only real difference is
that the chapters were rearranged from this original edition when the
2008 syllabus came out to create the title above.
Nelson Thornes - Core Maths for Advanced Level by L. Bostock and S. Chandler
(2000)
- This is a well-established and well-known textbook. Many teachers still
use it because they are familiar with it, despite the fact that most of the
material covered isnt on the syllabus.
