Award for injuries sustained when he was struck by a vehicle

driven by a male that was involved in a distubance at an offduty job.

SAFETY; FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO LAW

DIFFICULT PROJECTS, PROGRAMS, OR SITUATIONS;
OR FOR RECEIVING THREE OR MORE CERTIFICATES
OF MERIT.
