I was highly impressed by Tech Mahindras presentation at the campus
connect event. The recent alliance with Paninfarina is bound to bring interesting
projects to the company. As a fresh management graduate, I believe Tech Mahindra
offers an unparalleled opportunity towards a long, illustrious and steady career.
During my Summer Internship, I developed several different sales and
marketing channels for the life insurance sector. I also worked with the HR team to
design and implement a new compensation plan for sales agents. I believe my
learnings at ABC ltd. could be developed further and utilized to a larger extent in a
sales role at Tech Mahindra. I have experience leading a group of individual towards a
common objective in the role of the Tech Secretary at my IIT Ropar. I was also
instrumental in getting close to 3 lakh worth of sponsorships for my campus cultural
festival.

and do work of critical importance my organization a very early stage in my career.
