With a folds project which aims to bring the sea to the edge of the
wall while allowing to go down from the top of it. With a program
like a yacht club it is desired to generate activities to revive an
area somewhat away from the active center of the city.
The access to the Club Nautico is made by folding the cover to create
an entrance ramp that leads to a distributor in the middle floor. The
project becomes successive folds that we communicate with the various functions of the club (restaurant, management, pool, sauna, gym
..) in a new space, hanging over the sea from the edge of the wall of
Cadiz.

Urban landscape
The area will be built with a clear
architectural typology.
The dwelling blocks are built with
sustainable materials and contemporary
forms which lead to nice home within its
walls. These buildings, along with trees,
water, sea, sky and ships form a landscape
in which the architecture is identified with
nature.
