EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Beskytte Tech Sdn Bhd will be incorporated as a partnership company. Our
company is producing a laptop assesories product which is Laptop Cover Gel with Cooler.
There are total 5 shareholders, who will contribute individually RM 2,000
respectively. Beskytte Tech Sdn Bhd is located at strategic place in No 3, Lot Kedai Taman
Desa Idaman, 40450 Shah Alam, Selangor.
Lead by Nurul Atiqah binti Mohd Asri as General Manager, she will be supported by
4 others people who are also the shareholders of the company which is NurAin binti Omar as
Administration Manager, Masshuda binti Nasir as Marketing Manager, Najwa Syazana binti
Jalaluddin as Operational Manager and lastly Nur Fairuza Lina binti Mazlan as Financial
Manager.
Beskytte Tech Sdn Bhd produces a product which call Laptop Cover Gel with
Cooler. There are many advantages of this product that can give benefits to customers.
Firstly, it can protect computer from scratch and damage because its flexible and elastic
beside has ability to bounce. Furthermore, a few interesting characteristics had been
implemented to Laptop Cover Gel with Cooler to make it more valuable such as glow in
the dark.
