Ashworth uses embroidery thread colors that will compliment the color of the garment unless
otherwise indicated:
School Color - Team logos that should be embroidered in specific colors.

Tone on Tone - Indicates that the threads used are to be two or three shades lighter

EMBROIDERY POLICIES, PROCEDURES & MINIMUMS

Ashworth recognizes that direct embroidery is an important part of processing orders for our customers. Therefore, it
is imperative that we abide by the timeline, procedures and policies listed below.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
The production process begins once artwork & order are received at Ashworth.*
Custom Design logos with camera-ready artwork will be completed in 10 to 15 business days.
Custom Design logos with a Tajima supplied disc will be completed in 10 to 15 business days.
The Game reserves the right to use discretion regarding minor art changes so long as it will not affect the overall
appearance of the product.
Requests for changes or cancellations to orders must be submitted in writing.
* Customers will be held responsible for tape set up fees should orders be canceled after work has begun on the
logo.
ASHWORTH EMBROIDERY
All orders for embroidered Ashworth must be submitted on The Game order forms either by fax or email.
All orders are subject to approval according to the terms and conditions set forth by The Game.
It is imperative that all orders requiring new logos have the following information:

Name and/or description of new logo; reference Ashworth name drop graphic number if possible.

The rights to use embroidery tape by anyone other than the account that had the tape set up is strictly not permitted,
due to copyright laws.**
CLAIMS & RETURNS
Any claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 15 days from receipt of merchandise.
It is The Games policy to authorize returns only when there is a valid reason, such as defective product or shipping
errors. No returns will be credited without a returned goods authorization (RGA) obtained from your customer service
representative. Returned merchandise must be returned to our facility within 60 days of RGA in clean condition with
all customer identification and ticketing removed. Any returns approved as a customer accommodation or refused
shipments where shipment was within the purchase terms are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
** Please keep in mind that although a customer has paid to have a tape set up, it does not mean that they have
ownership of that tape.
