Harvest Party: Vision & Values

Revised Oct. 5, 2016

VISION
1. To reach out to our community and share the love of Jesus with children
and their families.
Thats why we offer it for free when many churches are charging
admission.
Donations are welcomed, but not expected.
Many of our people give donations (candy, hot dogs, outside lighting,
etc.)
We want to provide a safe place for children to enjoy Halloween.
A fun, relaxed, non-churchy environment to give our neighbors a
taste of what were all about and let children know they are loved by
God!

2. To build bridges so we can invite our community to experience the love of

Jesus personally.
We invite our guests to sign up for Door Prizes and share their names
and contact information so we can invite them back to church and to
future events. (Their card must have all information to be eligible.)
A team inputs the contact info and create a plan for followup.

3. To give our church an opportunity to serve our community in Jesus name.

Thats what the event is volunteer-driven.

VALUES
Harvest Party is an opportunity for our church family to show:
Love Joy Service Generosity Kindness Flexibility Fun
Unity
