3. FindTheSSICCodeForYourBusiness
TheSingaporeStandardIndustryClassificationcodeiscompulsorywhenregisteringyourbusinesswithACRA.

4. ChooseAPlaceOfBusiness
Thelocaladdressyouchoosetoregisterwithmustbeanapprovedbusinesspremisebytherelevantauthorities,e.g.Urban
RedevelopmentAuthority(URA),Housing&DevelopmentBoard(HDB),etc.

5. TopUpYourMedisave
Ifyouareregisteringasasoleproprietorship,partnership,LPorLLP,yourMedisavecontributionsneedtobeuptodate.You
cangetyourlatestMedisavestatementfromtheCentralProvidentFundBoard(CPF).
Thisstepisnotrequiredforforeigners.

6. ObtainLicences&Permits
