2014 DDA Housing Scheme Delhi Announced, Details And How To Apply?

2014 Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Housing scheme 2014

has 25,043 flats to be allotted through draw of lots which happen
on 29th October 2014. In this scheme, there will be flats across
different categories including the economically weaker sections
(EWS), MIG, LIG and HIG flats too. The EWS category flats start
from Rs. 12 Lakhs, flats for middle class are in price range of Rs.
30 Lakhs to Rs. 80 Lakhs. There are also HIG Flats which start at
around Rs. 1 crore and above. A major part of these flats are
located in Narela, Rohini, Dwarka and Sultangarhi localities. The
number of flats in 1 BHK category are 22,626, 700 flats for EWS
and 811 old flats.

The flats which could not be allocated in previous housing
schemes for different reasons are included in this housing
scheme. Also this time, DDA is targeting to allot only ready-tomove-in flats as it has faced a lot of hassles in the previous
schemes where the allotment and possession were much delayed. The 2014 DDA Housing Scheme Delhi will be the largest
ever from DDA and the selection will be done on draw of lots just like the previous 2010 DDA Housing Scheme.

The application forms sale starts on 1 September 2014 and will go on till 6th September 2014. The draw of lots will take place
on 30th October 2014. The last date for submission of filled forms for 2014 DDA Housing scheme Delhi is 10th of October
2014. The locations where these flats will be allocated include:
1. Narela EWS Flat with one Room + Kitchen
2. Rohini- EWS Flats with one Room + Kitchen and LIG Flats with One Bedroom + 1 Hall Room + Kitchen

The EWS Flats will be priced around Rs. 12 Lakhs, the LIG and MIG (1 & 2 BHK Flats) will be priced between Rs. 30 Lakhs to Rs.
80 Lakhs while the HIG (3BHK flats) will be priced above Rs. 1 Crore.
Below we share with you how you can apply for the 2014 DDA Housing Scheme Delhi to apply for a flat under this scheme.
How To Apply For 2014 DDA Housing Scheme Delhi?

DDA notification is posted on the official website of DDA. You can download the online application form from the official
website or also purchase the forms from DDA office or selected banks which sell 2014 DDA Housing Scheme forms at their
counters. For more details, visit the official DDA website here.
If you purchase the from online, you need to deposit the application fee via a demand draft in favour of Delhi Development
Authority or make the payment online. To make online payment for the 2014 DDA Housing Scheme Delhi, you can visit the
official web page of DDA to generate e-challan for DDA flats here. After that you need to submit the form to DDA either via
speed post or in person at the DDA office in Delhi. Along with the application form, you need to attach some basic documents
which includes:
1. Passport size photographs
2. Identity proof
3. Address proof
4. PAN Card copy (*Mandatory)
5. AADHAR Card (*NOT Mandatory)
6. Security Deposit Demand Draft - Rs. 1 Lakh for general category buyers and Rs. 10,000 for EWS category buyers
NOTE: There is an eligibility criteria for you to apply for a 2014 DDA Housing Scheme Delhi. Some common criteria include:
You must not own any housing/residential property in Delhi
You must be a citizen of India
You must be 18 years or older

Sales of forms start on 1st September 2014 at DDA office in Delhi and 13 banks which includes- Indusland Bank, Kotak

Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank, Syndicate Bank and Corporation Bank. You can also submit the filled forms here.

2014 DDA Housing Scheme Delhi: Security Deposit Amount And

Loan Schemes
You need to pay the security amount, which is Rs. 1 Lakh for general category buyers and Rs. 10,000 for EWS category buyers,
in advance along with your application form. In case you get selected in draw of lots, you need to make the balance payment
after adjusting the security advance deposit. In case you do not get selected, DDA will refund the amount to you via bank
demand draft/cheque via post.
In case you do not have enough funds at the time of application, you can easily apply for a loan for the same. Most banks
offer special schemes and speedy approvals for providing loans for DDA housing schemes wherein you will need to pay the
loan processing fee and a lump-sum interest in advance via cheque or demand draft to the bank where you are applying for
loan. This makes it very easy for many people to apply for the 2014 DDA housing Scheme Delhi even if they do not have
enough funds right away for the security deposit amount. You can check SBI Website for more details related to loan.

Its open to all citizens on India. I dont see any special reservation for Delhi residents. Check the brochure for all

Could you please solve my below mentioned queries:
1)I live in Jammu.
2)what type of affidavites I will have to attach with the application for allotment of plots.
3)can I buy these affidavite from jammu and get it attested from a magistrate in jammu or I have to come approach delhi
court for these affidavites.
4) which bank in jammu is authorised to accept application forms.

Rs. 150 is the cost of the application form, in case you apply online, you need to pay Rs. 150 extra for the application
fee. If you buy a physical form from a bank by paying Rs. 150, you need not pay Rs. 150 with the application.

You need to check with the banks for the same. As far as we know, Banks give out home loans in case you get
selected. But you need to talk to a bank and check the requirements on the loan process, as different banks have
different requirements and procedures.
