Board and its committees in conformity with the highest standards of corporate governance. Dato Aziz Singah
primarily focused on strategy, performance, value creation and accountability, and ensure that issues relevant
to those areas are considered by the Board.

Sivanash focuses on WOW Mobile product and operations portfolio. He makes sure the company is always
providing the best products and services to its customers, and that the WOW Mobile business is leading the
telecommunication direct-selling field in offering essential business services. Siva consistently monitors WOW
Mobile portfolio, ensuring that the company stays on the cutting edge of technology and offers a balance of
options for every customers lifestyle. He is a result-oriented individual who has his eyes fixed on the vision
and mission of the company at all times.

Business Development Director and Co-Founder

Clement has a deep commitment to personal growth, and he inspires others to work on their personal lives as

business owners. He shares the companys vision with them, as well as ways to improve their businesses and
their lives. Clement communicates with independent business owners daily, encouraging them and helping
