Position General Manager / Facilities Management
As the Atco GM of Facilities Management (one of 5 GMs), I report directly to the MD and through to
the board. I work to strategically identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and
maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients and work closely
with other executives and senior managers in Hire / sales, Manufacturing and Workforce Housing to
ensure our business is a success. Additionally, I have leveraged off my executive-level relationships in
the Remote Mining and Construction sectors to develop targeted sales strategies that convey a
customized approach to my role in developing the Atco Lodges Brand from the ground up.
This position is highly responsible for executing the approved annual business plan through quality
leadership to all employees, market acumen, and strategic vision. This position is also accountable for
the overall operation of the assets and projects throughout Australia and Asia Pacific and maintaining the

My role as Business Development Manager was with MiiHome International which was the Groups industry
changing Building technology systems delivering permanent and transportable flat pack and modular building
solutions within Australia and Globally. MiiHome Now International Pty Ltd has the exclusive licence to
commercialise the Morphouse and the MiiLotusproducts and manufactured a ready force for immediate
deployment or now capability to deliver housing and building solutions internationally to markets, including
resources and infrastructure, oil and gas, Government, military, humanitarian aid, disaster relief and the private
sector.
My role as a Business Development Manager was to manage the overall operation and sales activities including
the client base for the organisation. Providing key Morris clients with expert advice, quality analysis, reports,
submissions and responses to tenders and providing support on issues facing the region and its client base with
respect to the services that Morris Corporation provides. Ensuring that the direction and decisions made by the
BDM team within the region were in keeping with the vision, direction and decisions of the Business and its

Position Executive General Manager, Business Development
As the Morris Business Development Executive (one of 7), I was an account strategists and senior sales
and marketing manager on the Morris team, reporting to the CEO and the Board with full departmental
responsibility including financial reporting to budgets, department and business P&Ls and tender
opportunities up to a DOA agreed value. I worked to strategically identify, qualify and secure business
opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and
potential clients and worked closely with other Morris corporate executives and senior managers to
ensure our business is a success. Additionally, I leveraged off my executive-level relationships in the
Remote Mining and Construction sectors to develop targeted sales strategies that convey a customized
approach to all Morris business pursuits.
As an experienced Business Development Executive, I actively researched potential clients and pursued
new business relationships, I obtained client requirements and prepared business development strategies
tailored to the Morris targeted customers. I developed and reviewed pursuit materials, prepared
presentations and regularly presented at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences
on a National and International level. I was a sales "Leader" and worked in tandem with the Morris sales
team to plan and coordinate business generation activities, such as responding to client requests for
proposals or Tenders (RFP / RFT). I also maintained existing business relationships through continuous
client follow up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf. I regularly
interacted with key corporate executives , key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Mining and
Construction sectors and developed an extensive blackbook of key clients in these sectors across
Australia.

Developing and managing company and departmental Kpis including new sales budgets, turnover
projections, profit and Ebit projections, sales targets (client interaction and key account meetings)

Managing a cross functional sales team of 9 throughout Australia (remote management)

Achievements:

Managed strategic growth of the sales team including bid management from 3 employees to a team of
9 including the development of an in house bid management team solely focused on tender development.

conversion 10% or 57Million) (actuals 1.5 billion in tenders submitted, conversion 22%)
