New Summer Happenings

Summer Sunday School has started! Classes start at age 4 and go through adult. The nursery is open for in-
fants through age 3. Join us each Sunday at 9:45am through July 25th.

Get ready to get your hands dirty as we dig into Gods Good Green EarthVBS 2010! We need volunteers,
recycled materials, items purchased and lots of prayer! Can you help? Check the bulletin and welcome centers
for information or contact Rachel in the office. (Turn to page 2 for a list of items needed & workdays)

Its not too late to sign up for Lakeview Family CampJuly 23-25! The weekend is full of great activities for

MIRACLE DAY
Our Miracle Day Auction was held on Sat-
urday, June 6th. We raised approx.
$6,700.00! Our Miracle Sunday service
raised an additional $30,154.00! This is a
total of approx. $36,854.00 that will go to-
wards the retirement of our church debt!!
Thanks to all who donated, worked and
prayed.
It really is a MIRACLE!
Attention Ladies: Two opportunities
from the District UMW:
Sat. July 17, School of Christian Missions,
Faith, Hope, Love in Action. Studies in-
clude Spiritual Growth (the three letters of
John), Geographic (Sudan) and Social Ac-
tion, Joy to the World: Mission in the Age
of Global Christianity.
Thurs. Sept. 9, bus trip to experience
powerful global educational opportunity
and Heifer Global Village at Howell Con-
ference Center. Experience the challenges
of hunger and poverty and be a part of the
solution. Lunch here in a most unusual
manner, then travel in the afternoon to
Baldwin Center in Pontiac to tour the ser-
vices provided to this city. More info and
registration forms for both days are at the
welcome centers.
