TARGET LGUS ARE THOSE CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES THAT HAVE. COMPLETED THE STREAMLINING EFFORTS (please refer to the list previously provided by this level). b. To balance-out the number of respondents per service: © For those target LGUs that have already completed the data collection part of the Survey with 1 respondents each for health services and civil registry services, an additional 15 respondents have to be surveyed for business permitting and licensing system. For those target LGUs which are undergoing the data collection or are yet to start, there must be 10 respondents each for health, civil registry and business permitting and licensing services. c. The same ARTA-RCS Questionnaire is to be utilized, Responses are to be inputted in the software along with those for health and civil registry services, and results are to be subjected to validation in case the LGUs have overall adjectival rating of Good or Excellent. d. If target LGUs are regional nominees to the Gawad Pamana ng Lahi, it is necessary that the schedule for the submission of nominees to the national level is to be followed. There will be no extensions.
