restrictions on how the community yard should be landscape and what color
the exterior of home should be painted since then average property value
have tripled in brookyll in order to raise property values in deerhaven acre we
should adopt our own set of restricitons on landscaping and house painting.

As we know there are many other ways to enhance the property rates of our
land but the author strongly believes in adapting a restricitons and changing
the color of the house to increase the cost of the property. I strongly disagree
to focus on a couple of method to adapt among the mass just because
brookyll has adapated it.
Different places have different scenarios which can be strengthen to improve
the land.

As we know simply focusing on improving the standard needs of a person like

increasing securities, lowering the taxes and having reasonable health care
policies can be implied to strenthen our land. This will ultimately make the
current people happy as it doesn't restricts them from anything, instead
improving their lifes.

As we know brookyll has improved by adopting it's mystical policies but even
places like texas, florida and washington has been much more healtier in
terms of land revenue and even lifestyle of the people. Lowering down the
tax would attrack both the people and industrial sector.

Restriction and implications on landscapes generally doesn't soothes in the

industrial world which can easily create a negative impression of the place.
Industrial growth certainly brings huge employment which attracts more
people and ultimately the cost of the living standard in increased in every
aspect. As the economic condition of the place increases better growth will
lead to many different region like education institues and public lesiures like

Health care is a major issue in our country as it ofen reduces the number of

bring us a good income annually. Improving it will certainly make us a green
