maybefavorable.WhenworkingwithUnistudentsIaimtonothavea
negativeimpactonthegroupbutratherworkwiththestyleofthegroupand
addmyowntwist.Insomecases,theleadercanofferagreatdealtothe
groupintermsofknowledgewisdomandoverallmood.
Iaimtocreateanenvironmentwherethereisnopatronizingbetween
membersandmembersworkinadynamicwaytoovercomechallengesof
theday.IndoingthisIplantosetmyselfmajorlyasademocraticleader

basicassomepeoplemaynothavedoneitbeforeandIdontwantthemto
feeldisconnectedandnothavefun.Yogacanbedoneinaquitemanner
whichalsoassistswithpersonalreflections,andconnectedness.Theaimof
thissessionistonotonlyreflectbuttoalsorelaxandstretchmusclesbefore
theday.
