Summary
Through school and work experience there have been many skills learned. Skills learned
through work experience include patience, communication with customers and with coworkers, as well as time management and problem solving skills. Skills learned through course
work include dedication, skills in math and writing, and a desire for learning and application.
Along with coursework has also come a knowledge in Spreadsheets and databases as well as
knowledge in fields such as economics, accounting, and business management.

Baked cookies, cakes, pastries, breads, donuts, and other baked goods
Learned good time management. There was only one person in the bakery at a time
and in order to make the donuts, do all the baking, do the packaging, set the bread
and donuts for the person the next day, and fill two to three bread and cake orders in
an eight-hour shift, it was important to manage time wisely
Followed recipes and became skilled at following directions
Built creativity through decorating cakes and cookies as well as making alterations to
recipes

Sliced meats and cheeses as well as put together specialty sandwiches and salads.
