St2gnboat Sori — Dear Customer, November 1, 2016 In January 2016 the City of Steamboat Springs contracted with Raftelis Finandal Consultants, Inc. to complete a water and wastewater rate study. The purpose of the rate study was to analyze our anticipated costs of service to operate our water and wastewater utilities, and to establish service charges, tap fees, and wholesale customer rates to ensure the utilties remain fiscally sustainable.
