New Connection

LT New Connection Flow Hierarchy(NPDCL):

1. Registration and initial payment(App Fee, Security deposit & development
Charges) will be done at meeseva.
2. After conformation from ADE in Mee-seva login, we will get details directly
from meeseva and a todo will be raised to AE.
3. So,case can be accessed directly from todo of AE
4. Any changes regarding section,load,category can be done here by rejecting
the application.
5. If Consumer belongs to Old Services Having Arrears or Multiple Services
in Same Premise case need to be close the case in rejection mode.
6. If consumer belongs to consumer not ready case need to be pending in
rejection mode and after conformation of AE case will be redirect into
previous step.
7. When inspection is completed successfully AE can select this case as a with
out extinction case or with extinction case.
With Out Extension Flow Description:
8. Test report will be filled at AE. In test report GIS data will be populated in
drop down list. If required details are not available in drop down list they
need to update the GIS data it will be reflected into our system on next day.
9. After filling the text report need to provide service sanction letter in AE
login.
10.case will be forwarded to AAO by todo, AAO will click on update in billing
system for the release of service.
With Extension Flow Description:
8. Registration details will be sent to SAP and Case will remain in AE login till
demand comes from SAP.
9. Once demand comes from SAP, AE will have provision to take payment.
10.After completion of payments Test report will be filled at AE. In test report
GIS data will be populated in drop down list. If required details are not
available in drop down list they need to update the GIS data it will be

reflected into our system on next day.

11. After filling the text report need to provide service sanction letter in AE
login.
12.case will be forwarded to AAO by todo, AAO will click on update in billing
system for the release of service.
