Communication skills gained as a director of the commercial sector in the trading stock company
"Trgovina" Modria (1990/91/92). After returning from Germany, where he received his MA, parallely
engaged at the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar and in German international organization
GTZ Legal Reform in B&H as a legal advisor. Communication skills are acquired through experience
in mentioned functions and during the continuing contact with the authorities and exsperts from
country and abroad
and
Open Regional Fund for South East Europe - Legal Reform (ORF) is active and had offices in all the
countries of the Western Balkans. Activities of ORF are reflected in the establishment of cooperation
between the countries of our region, harmonization of regulations and supporting the process of
accession to the European Union. Regional cooperation enables developing skills of processes
management and good governance of procedures for organizing team work (currently in charge of
the sector for Notary law)

o Participated in the education of future notaries in Montenegro at the invitation of the Ministry of
Justice of Montenegro, on the subject The role of notaries in Obligation and Property Law held in

appointed by Macedonian Ministry of Justice, November and December 2012, Skopje.
