AFFIDAVIT

I Kamran Maqsood S/o Saeed Ahmad Maqsood R/o 6-A Lalazar Colony Old Bahawalpur Road Multan do
hereby solemnly and jointly undertake and affirm as under:1- That the room allotted me in the hostel will be actually occupied by me and I will not allow any
student or outsider to reside with me.
2- That no fire arm will be kept in the room.
3- That no damage will be caused to the hostel property in any case.
4- That no participation in any political party or any political activity will be made.
5- I will not keep/use any kind of motor vehicle except the prior approval of the competent
authority on my own risk and responsibility.
6- These persons will be allowed to see me in the hostel. My father Saeed Ahmad Maqsood &
family members.
7- If I am punished on disciplinary grounds, I will have no right to challenge the authority on any
forum or in any court.
8- I will pay my monthly mess/dues regularly on due dates and will pay every imposed penalty on
account of the failure.
9- I will abide by all the rules and regulations regarding University and Hostel discipline as
contained in the university prospectus.
We fully agree to above undertaking.
