Once order is placed, environment is
provisioned automatically
The Identity domain admin will
receive a New Account Information
email, informing you about the
identity domain, data center, user
name and temporary password.
Note: This is a web generated email sent to person you nominated as the identity domain
administrator at the time of placing the order with us.
You will be asked to reset the password and setup security questions the
first time you login

Maintenance :
Maintenance windows will be executed every first Saturday of the month
between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM local data center time. Refer the
FAQ.
Product Release Update Schedule
Service packs are delivered to non-production sites the first week of the month.
Service packs are delivered to production sites the second week of the month.
Critical Security Updates are delivered to all sites the third week of the month.

PKI keys are mandatory for instance creation and access
Oracle Clouds default policy is deny all traffic except SSH.
Oracle Cloud uses SSH keys to secure your environments.
Customer should keep copies of the private key in secured location(s).
Oracle does not keep any private keys.

Losing your key means losing access to your environments!
