Subject: Introduction of entry level new unlimited Broadband plan Experience Unlimited BB 249 (with migration
to 499 plan after six months) on promotional basis for a period upto 31st October 2016, new unlimited BB
plan BBG Combo ULD 499 and up gradation of bandwidth in some existing Broadband plans in all the
circles - reg.
1.

Following has been decided by the competent authority:

A. To introduce new BB plan BBG Combo ULD 499 on regular basis w.e.f. 09-09-2016 in all the Circles.

Terms & conditions for providing Experience Unlimited BB 249 plan:-

a) The plan shall be available only for the new Broadband customers.
b) The plan shall also be available on FTTH with the same tariff.
c) Installation charges shall be waived off during promotional period.
d) After six months, plan shall be converted to BBG Combo ULD 499 plan. Customers consent in
this regard shall be taken at the time of CAF filling.

e) To curb the tendency of existing Broadband customers to disconnect existing BB connection &
take new BB connection through this low value BB plan route, same landline indicator shall not
be allotted to such customers. The same shall be ensured by the ITPC/Circles.

f) All other charges shall be as per existing.
