Duplicate transactions are also not refundable because duplicate transactions block other customers from
purchasing tickets. There will be no refund for any unused or partly used services.

CONDITION OF USE
1. You are advised to print out order summary to speed up the check-in process.
2. On departure date, customer has to bring a valid ID (IC/Passport that was entered into the system while
buying the ticket) to the counter.
3. Upon validation of your ID number in the system. A ticket/boarding pass will be issued to you to board the
coach.
4. Tickets sold are not refundable.
5. No refund will be allowed for loss of ticket, lateness or forbidden entry to the country of destination.
6. Each passenger is allowed to carry luggage not exceeding 15kg, the company will not be liable for any losses
or damages to their luggage.
7. Neither drugs nor illegal item is allowed. Passenger will have to bear responsibility for the possession of
forbidden items if discovered.
8. Passengers are obliged to comply and accept the companys final arrangements in the event for coach
breakdown, causing delays in departure / arrival or change in seating arrangement. Neither refund of tickets
nor claims will be entertained by the company or agency involved.
9. Return tickets sold are strictly non-changeable.
10. Please make sure you have filled up the necessary embarkation cards before the custom clearance, kindly
approach the bus captains if you need one (if applicable).
11. If you are travelling between two countries, the coach will only wait for at most 20 minutes at immigration
checkpoint. If you are late and the bus has left, it is your own responsibility to arrange your own transport to the
destination. Please inform the driver before the checkpoint if you need longer waiting time.
Additional Transnasional/ Plusliner/ Nice T&C:
Passenger are advised to check with the Transnasional/ Plusliner/ Nice counter personnel for any changes in the
trip stated above. To change seat, please call 03-90581582 or go the nearest counter.
Please print Order Summary as it can be used as a valid ticket to board the bus. Should there be a dispute in
multiple copies (with same ticket number), the company has the right to accept the passenger who can provide
proof of identification as stated in the Order Summary. The company is not liable for multiple copies with same
ticket number. The ticket number must appear in our waybill for the Order Summary to be considered valid.
Passengers are advised to be at the departing point 30 minutes before departure time, as the company reserved
the right not to reimburse any passengers who missed their trip.
1. Tickets sold are not refundable. However, passengers are allowed to change their ticket for a new departure

date or destination at Transnasional/ Plusliner/ Nice counters at least 24 hours before departure. A fee will
be charged for every changed ticket.
2. Policy of carriage

which are fragile and perishable, chewing gum, drinks in open plastic containers, alcoholic drinks
and/or item(s) not permitted under the law.
Passengers are strongly advised not to bring highly valuable items to be stored in the luggage
compartment. The company is not responsible for any losses of passengers belongings on board
the bus.
Indecent or immoral activities are not permitted on board the bus.
The company has the right to reschedule the bus timetable or change the bus type without prior
notice.
Bus passenger from KLIA2 are advised to check-in at the counter for seating arrangement before
boarding the bus.

Passengers are governed by the terms and conditions set by the company from time to time.
