Instant Activity
Badminton JugglingStudents will get into
partners. One partner
will be the counter
standing off to the side
and the other partner
will be the juggler. We
will first start off with
one birdie, the juggler
will have a racket and
try to not let the birdie
hit the ground. If it is
really easy for them, I
will add in 2 birdies for
them to try and keep
them up. The counters
job is to count how
many times their
partner hits the birdie
before it hits the
ground. Partners will
switch roles after a
certain amount of time.

Students will return
equipment in the
respective area and
go back to their poly
spots on my cue.
Set Induction- Today
we will be learning the
underhand serve for
Badminton. I want
everyone to be careful
and do not let your
Racket go above your
shoulders. If I see
anyone swinging the
rackets out of control I
will have to take it away
from you. Be aware of
your surroundings.

Let the birdie hit the
ground in front of
you, Do not hit it back
and forth. Once you
get ten serves each,
freeze and wait for
further direction.
