Summary
Portal application Universitas Internasional Batam intended to make student
easy to get information about profile,finance bill, grade, academic information
and course information.
Current Workflow
In current workflow, there is method for portal: directly go to UIBs Humas or
UIB send some of their employee to go to place like Tanjung Pinang, Bengkalis
to make sure examination run, and do interview for camaba.

Proposed Workflow
After make a brainstorming with Mrs. Efty (Humas), proposed workflow will
make every admission online, all aplicant camaba should register themself
in admission aplication. They will do online exam, and meet interviewer
(arranged by application), and humas will only manage data and make
monitor every process as more like operator rather than administrator like
current workflow.
There will be 3 kind of users in application: aplicant camaba, humas, and
interviewer. All the process included with system described in following
sequence diagram:
