What is the mass demonstration

Its use when the student are to be prepared for the rallies or
ceremonial demonstration of
physical activity in large number .the teacher might demonstrate a non-concept titiveactivety
like dumbll wandslizim physical training exercise etc. while the student go on imitaling .
A class may demonstrate as a exercise, while the ohere classes of by imitation
.demonstration as a techiquis highly valuable frome the point of view of pvcision and
direction. The betten an activity is demonstration the teacher the better it is leamt by the
student.
1. Dumbbells Exercise
Right leg forward and left leg forward
1. Introduction
Today I am going to demonstates right leg forward and left leg forward in this exercise we
use our both hands and both legs to do.
2. Demonstration In attention position
2.1 Both hand abducted at the level of shulder with dumball must be in supine
position .
2.2 First right leg elevates upward the level of wasit .and come backe previous
postion.
2.3 Left leg elevates upwards the level of waist and beack in ferion leg position.
2.4 Back to attention position count 1-4 repit.
3. Practice
3.1 Attention. Bringh the students to upright erects postion,heels together with 90
D.angle ,knees straight ,hips firm chest up chine in fists closesd ,armon side in
line ,shoulder square, eye in front etc.
3.2 Stand at ease. The position of standing at ease is an intermediate postion between
attention,and standing at easy .it allows no relaxation but can be maintaindwith out strain
for a longer time than the position of attention .heels are 10-25cent.aport arms behind the
backe ,stretched to thir full extent ,and plare the back of the right hand in the palm of the
lift ,with thumbs crossed right over left the finger together and extended ,and wight evenly
distrtibut on the both feet.
Turn
1. Right turn:- turn to 90D.to the left (when called on the right turn )
2. Left turn:-turn 90D to the left (when called left turn)
3. About turn:- turn 180d. of the back and face appositdirecation.
Dismiss :- turn right side both hand side ward with dumbbell up to shoulder level and
paraller to the grund.hand will be sidewards straight with dumbblell at shulderlevele
turn right side jayhind.

2.1 Name of the exericise :- sit -up in standing position
2.2 Introduction :-today I am going to demonstrate sit up this exerices we use our both
hands and hip.
2.3 Demonstrate : Count- 1 sit haff forward interior plane of the body where make angle of 90degree
and hand up ward superior position and clike the dumbbell.
Count-2 beck to the attitonposition .
Count -3 sit hale forward interior plance of body where mack angle of 90deg .and
hand forwerd flexion position and click dumbbell.
Count-4backe to the atition position.
2.4 Benifist : improve the cardiovasucalr system .
improve in the stregh of hamstrighmuscls .

2.5 Precautions:-avide in the back injury and avoid this who have knee problem.

Name of exe.

Start with attensionpositon .


Count -1 both hands upward straight with dumbbell and stand with your back to a wall feet
hip width apart and slightly in front of you ,leg back in to the will and slidedowne dike your
knees should finish abade your ankles,bent at 90de.
Count -2back to attention position .
Count-3 both hands farwardstarght with dumbbell and kellick dumbbell .stand with your back
to awall feet hip with apart and slightly in front of your leg back in to the well and
slidedowne like your sitting downe into a chaire position.
Count-4 come to attention position.

Strength develop in back musles and upper arm and strength also develop in the mobility of
jonts.
Stance
Start with attention position .
Count-1 Both arm straight and palm facing downe words paller to the ground .chest
up,stomach in ,and neck high.

Introduction :- in this exesise we use dumbell where leg and hands also move in this yoints
use hand shoulder ball socket joint is use .

Satart with the attension position.
Count no-1 both hand abducated at the upward with click the dumbbell must be in supriour
position.
Count no -2 both hand aducted at the level of shulderanteriour with dumbbell must be supine
position with dumbbell .
Count no- 3both hand abducted at the level of shuldersitward with dumbbell must be in
